Students In the present day educational system, a lot of pressure, stress, anxiety and work load is placed on the students. These challenges are real and can be solved through meditation since it unlocks the potential of students, and improves their performance. In this blog I plan to share knowledge about the advantages of meditating for students proving this information with reliable data and also demonstrate how this activity can have a positive impact on the mental and physical well-being of a person.
